So you think you are doing what you need when your conscious mind set out to lose weight. However, you wind up in opposition to that subconscious belief that has the OPPOSITE intention (because this underlying program is trying to keep you fat and safe.). And unfortunately, the subconscious programming will win out and will derail your weight loss efforts EVERY time.

The ONLY way to get your subconscious mind to agree to release the weight permanently is you MUST restructure it in order to bring it in alignment with your conscious mind. This cannot be done using brute force “willpower”. If it could, you’d have succeeded much more often with dieting.
The hard drive of your subconscious mind is fueled by emotion. And as pretty much all of us know, emotions are not logical. At some point, some time ago, you made some emotional decision that effectively programmed your subconscious to make and keep you fat. If we can get to what that was and correct it – weight loss become effortless and natural.

You probably do not overeat to get fat.
